The ten admonitions of the Treatise on the Jewel-King Samadhi, which teaches that adversity is itself the material of practice, transcribed in Korean. The text is written in gold on crimson paper, with a bodhisattva descending on a dragon at right and the pilgrim Sudhana at lower left. It is one of three versions of the same composition, differing only in ground and pigment.
